My journey into Real Estate started out with a passion to help others excel, but not in Real Estate. I was a training and development lead for a franchise company, where I was in charge of mentoring, coaching, and educating. Doing that job I discovered that I had a passion for helping people excel at their job, and I loved seeing the gratification and ownership they gained. Being that I was a military wife at that time, we had to relocate and ended up in Idaho in 2011 for the second time. At this time I had found my purpose and so I decided to proceed and attain higher education. I earned a MA in human resource management, I wanted to work in training and development. I wanted to help people discover their inner motivation and strengths through education, mentoring, and maximizing systems. Somehow, I found myself working for a great mortgage lender where I learned a lot about real estate and lending. At some point I decided that I wanted to be a Real Estate agent, because I would be able to help people buy, sell, or invest in real estate through education, coaching, and negotiations that would benefit my clients. When I am not working you can find me teaching fitness classes, hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, traveling, but most important creating memories with my family.
