Troy was raised in the Treasure Valley area where he has lived on and off for 17+ years. Having grown up here makes him very knowledgeable about the area. Troy was brought up around new construction, his family owned and operated a small business and he himself was a superintendent in the construction industry. Troy attended Community College in Washington where he played basketball for two years and learned valuable lessons in leadership and communication. After college Troy moved to Chicago where he was a Fitness Trainer for 5 years and fell in love with helping people and relationships. Troy has since moved back to Boise to pursue real estate and deepen his love for people and building relationships. Open and honest communication is a very important value to Troy and something that helps him succeed with his clients.
